What do I do if my item is damaged or I am not happy with my purchase?

We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 10 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase if you are unhappy with your product. 

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Where the item is damaged please email us a photo of the item and will process your return accordingly.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable. Please note that personalised items are no refundable as they cannot be resold.

What if my item is lost?

Royal Mail is generally a reliable shipping service, although occasionally items are lost in the post. We do not accept liability on any items lost in the post. We recommend that if you would like the item to arrive on time or want to guarantee delivery you select the premium service this insures that you receive your money back and that the item arrives on time. With items which are over £50 you are only able to select guaranteed shipping option only. This ensures that this valuable item is protected and that you can receive the item on time.
