Corona Virus Update

We endeavour to ensure that parcels arrive on time. However due to Corona Virus Royal Mail are currently under high demand and limiting the hours at the depot where we drop our parcels. There may be some delay and parcels can take up 10 days to arrive. Track and trace is available and will give you updates on delivery. Please contact us if you are concerned about your order and we will contact Royal Mail via email/ phone.


We also offer a local pick up in the Quedgeley area if you want to avoid shipping fees. Please contact us to arrange.


How Long will it take for my order to arrive?

Royal Mail 24

Ideal for low value items and aims to deliver the parcel the next working day. Please note timescales vary and parcels are not insured. We cannot accept any liability for lost parcels and recommend you invest insured shipping services below that reflect the value of the item.

Royal Mail 48

Ideal for low value items and aims to deliver the parcel 2-3 working days. Please note timescales vary and parcels are not insured. We cannot accept any liability for lost parcels and recommend you invest insured shipping services below that reflect the value of the item.


1st Class – is a quick, efficient delivery service for non-valuable items, aims to deliver the next working day and includes compensation cover up to £20. Please note delivery timescales vary depending on how busy Royal Mail are.


2nd Class – is a great value delivery service for non-valuable items. Aims to deliver the 3rd working day after posting and includes compensation of up to £20. Please note delivery timescales vary depending on how busy Royal Mail are.


Signed for: For items over £50 we recommend this service. Need to know your item is in safe hands? Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class aims to deliver your letter or parcel the next working day - and gives you the added security of :

-proof of delivery including a signature from the receiver
-check online or on your mobile to see when your item has been delivered
-compensation cover up to £50.
Special Delivery- For items over £100 we recommend this service. Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed offers timed delivery by 1pm next day with inclusive tracking and signature on delivery.
By 1pm – guaranteed delivery of letters by 1pm next working day, with inclusive compensation cover up to £500 for loss or damage.
For our larger items we use Parcelforce or provide local delivery options.

Once you have selected the items in your basket and are ready to pay, you can select from the following shipping services which are clearly priced below. We now offer free shipping for items from 0-1000 g, using Royal Mail 48, this does not include compensation and we cannot accept any liability of your item is lost in the post.

What happens if my order does not arrive?
Please contact us via email and we will contact you as soon as possible to track your package with Royal Mail. We do not accept liability for items posted under free delivery as Royal Mail do not provide compensation with Royal Mail 24/48. However, by purchasing 1st or 2nd class service you can claim up to £20 Compensation from Royal Mail. For medium priced items we recommend that you special delivery, this will enable us to apply for £50 compensation. For valuable items we only use special delivery service as we want to ensure that you receive the item on time and can claim compensation of up to £500.

What happens if I am not happy with my order or it is damaged?
If you are not happy with the item for whatever reason we have a 10 day Returns Policy.
